These King Cake Bliss Bites are a delicious and healthyish no-bake treat, perfect for Mardi Gras celebrations and fun to make with kids. They offer a taste of king cake in a bite-sized format, topped with festive colored sprinkles.

What you need

cup cashew butter

tsp ground cinnamon

tbsp milk

cup blanched almond flour

tsp vanilla extract

tbsp maple syrup

cup pecan pieces

bunch greens
Instructions
Mix everything except for the powdered sugar, milk and sprinkles in a food processor and pulse until combined well and mixture sticks together like wet sand. Form into 1” balls and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Make icing by combining powdered sugar and milk together until smooth. Spread a tiny bit on top of each ball and then sprinkle with colored sprinkles. Store in the fridge. Note: if you really want to stay on the healthy side, You could also top with whipped coconut cream or Greek Yogurt instead of powdered sugar.View original recipe
