oz butter
tsp salt

splash milk
egg
Instructions
Use low and slow heat for scrambled eggs. Whisk the eggs until they are completely combined, no egg white and yolk separation. Use a non-stick skillet and add a little nonstick avocado or olive oil + butter for the ultimate non-stick power. Gently pull in the sides of the egg as it begins to set in the skillet, and continue to do so until the eggs are desired consistency. Just as the eggs are set, season with salt and pepper. Remove from the heat and serve as desired! Note: Milk or cream are optional.View original recipe
