What you need

lb andouille sausage
cup kale

can canned diced tomatoes

onion

cup pinto beans

tsp black pepper

cup chicken stock

tsp table salt

cup navy beans

cup kidney beans

tbsp cajun seasoning
Instructions
Rinse balanced bushel beans and then add to a pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil and then turn off heat and let sit for one hour. After soaking, rinse and set aside. Add sausage to a large pot and begin to brown. Add onion and garlic at this time and season with salt and pepper. Add in diced tomatoes and Cajun seasoning to the pot and stir to combine. Add beans into the pot at this time and cover with chicken stock and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook for 2 hours or until beans are tender.
