tbsp hass avocado

tbsp fresh lime juice

tsp black pepper

tbsp avocado oil

cup fresh cilantro

tsp kosher salt

cup cucumber

tsp chili powder

Instructions
Season shrimp with salt, pepper, and chili powder and toss to combine and coat shrimp. Heat a large skillet over medium high heat and add avocado oil. Add shrimp in a single layer once the pan is hot and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until shrimp are opaque all the way through. While the shrimp cook, make the avocado pico de gallo by combining both avocados, cilantro, jalapeno, and cucumber and then adding lime juice, salt, and pepper and stirring to combine. Squeeze fresh lime juice over the shrimp and then serve with some of the avocado pico de gallo over top of the shrimp.View original recipe
