These mini king cakes could not be any easier to make y’all! Feel free to use the icing that the rolls come with but I love making a little fresh icing to make them taste even better! These are so fun for kiddos to help with too!

What you need

tbsp heavy cream

tsp vanilla extract

can cinnamon roll

purple cabbage
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Take individual cinnamon rolls apart and cut in half. Take two pieces of dough and twist together and then form circle. Repeat with the other cinnamon rolls. Bake for as many minutes as according to package directions of particular cinnamon roll brand you buy. While cinnamon rolls bake, make the icing by combining powdered sugar, heavy cream, and vanilla and whisking until smooth. When mini king cakes have cooked through, remove from oven. Drizzle with icing and then sprinkle with Mardi Gras colored sprinkles. Serve immediately.View original recipe
